Do you offer one-on-one coaching sessions?
Yes, I hold one-on-one coaching sessions by appointment. Typically, a personal coaching session takes about 90 minutes.
What kind of people do you coach?
I coach people from all walks of life. My clients range from average to highly busy individuals (adults and adolescents), and include students, housewives, athletes, models, executives and celebrities. They realize the need to change the behaviors and perspectives that are in conflict with their personal goals and values of a healthier lifestyle. They are mostly people who are looking for guidance, support and motivation to create lasting positive changes in their health and well being.
What is health coaching?
Health coaching is a personalized and collaborative program that focuses on improving your overall health and wellness. It helps you to achieve your short- and long-term health and fitness goals. In a health coaching program, participants interact one-on-one with their health coach by phone, E-mail, fax, instant messenger, etc.
Can I consult a health coach if I don’t have a serious health issue?
Yes, of course! A health coach is a qualified professional who helps you assess your health and well-being and work on the issues at hand. Your health coach can motivate you to set and achieve your goals through an action plan that works best for you.
How do I know if health coaching is right for me?
If you want someone to guide, support and help you achieve your personal health and lifestyle goals, health coaching will most likely benefit you.
How much time does health coaching take?
That depends on how much time you’d like to devote to health coaching. Interaction with your personal health coach can be as frequent as every day, once a week or even less, whether it’s in person, by phone, E-mail or a combination, depending on your goals and priorities.
How do I get started? What happens after I contact you?
- To get started, contact me or call 917-737-1199.
- After you contact me:
- I will (via phone or E-mail) get a clear understanding of your personal goals, such as what exactly you are looking for and if coaching is the right method for you.
- We will then schedule an appointment for the initial consultation either in person or over the phone. During the initial consultation, we will assess your personal goals, needs and priorities, and determine the number of coaching sessions, frequency and mode of contact (weekly, monthly, etc., by phone or in person).
- After that, we will begin the journey toward a healthier and more balanced life.
How does health coaching work with medical care?
Health coaching is not a replacement for treatment by a physician. I do not offer medical advice; my job as a health coach is to empower you to implement lasting changes that will positively impact your health and well being.
